6. To discuss policing issues and problems with the East Street bus shelter, PCSO to attend the meeting, Members see letters from resident in additional papers. Linked with these problems, to discuss provision for facilities for youth in the village.
7. To receive an update on issues reported to the Highways Department
8. To discuss treeworks in the cemetery – revised quotation has been received – details in additional papers for councillors
9. To discuss suitable recycling sites for St Briavels – D Rees to report back on school governors meeting
10. To discuss final arrangements for Remembrance Sunday
11. To discuss meeting with Two Rivers regarding grasscutting and feedback from other Parishes.
12. To discuss the draft lease for the Toilet Block
13. To discuss results of the Bledisloe Cup (Best Kept Village) competition – we were runners up again this year, the judges report has been received.
