P-75 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – None the Clerk reminded Members of the effects of the Code of Conduct 2012. A councillor with a Part A interest: Must declare it; may NOT participate in any discussion or vote; MUST LEAVE while it is discussed and voted on. Part B interest: or an interest relating to the financial interests of a friend, relative or close associate; Must declare it; may only speak if the public are allowed to do so; MUST Leave while the matter is discussed and voted on. Dispensations may be granted on written applications to the Proper Officer (Clerk)

P-78 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION –  None present,

 

P-79 CONSIDERATION OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

P1337/12/TCA –  The Court, Pystol Lane – Crown Reduce 1x Beech, 1x Holly 1x Oak, all by 30% – No Objection

P1165/12/FUL – Wildwood Cottage (formerly the Kennels), Lower Meend – Erection of a building to use as a boarding cattery (Demolition of existing building) – No Objection

 

P-80 NEIGHBOUR HOOD PLAN – after discussion it was agreed that the ground work for such a plan is best established by ‘reviewing and refreshing’ the Parish Plan 2005. It will be recommended that a working group starts the process by advertising this intention, using a campaign of posters, leaflets and a public meeting on 19 November at which parishioners will be consulted on work at the cemetery and the part night lighting scheme and advised of the Review.
