1. The Parish Council recognises the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as it relates to Parish Councils.

2. The Parish Council will not discriminate against disabled employees or applicants for employment.

3. The Parish Council will do everything in its power and will cooperate with and assist the Assembly Rooms Committee to ensure that disabled persons have access to Parish Council meetings where Parish Council meetings are currently held ( or any other place that the Parish Council hold public meetings).

4. The Parish Council will take steps to ensure disabled access to land which is owned and managed by them and open to the public as far as is reasonably practicable.
