The Planning Committee meeting scheduled for Monday 3rd November has been cancelled. Footpaths and Finance Committees will go ahead on Thursday 6th November.

The Open Air Act of Remembrance will take place at the war memorial gates. Everyone is welcome. Please join us at 10.50am on Sunday 9th November. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the Pavilion.

We are still keen to try and provide more for young people to do in the village, but we need help to do so. We already have a list of interested people who responded to our consultation in the spring, but if there is anyone else out there who would be able to give up some time or has any good ideas, please let us know in time for discussion at our November meeting if possible

We were runners up again this year in the medium sized village category of the Bledisloe Cup. The judges comments have been received, and again were very complimentary about the efforts made by individuals, organisations and businesses in the village – so thank you to everyone.
